A redesign of Fishermen's Wharf on False Creek, driven by projected sea-level-rise data through 2100. Rather than resisting the water, the proposal welcomes it: an extended seawall and market dock open the site to public access, existing buildings are elevated against flooding, and Creekside Park is relocated to double as both flood buffer and community gathering space, preserving the wharf's working fishing culture.
